2020 Virtual Event Pricing
Virtual Fall Wildflower Pilgrimage
All Pilgrims
Registration for our virtual event is free, if you need for it to be during this difficult time. Although we kindly ask for donations when registering as it costs $5 per person to register each of you. If you have the means, you might donate more to sponsor some others who cannot afford it. The virtual Spring event was tons of fun and we're excited to do it again!

Throughout the long history of the Spring Wildflower Pilgrimage in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (SWFP GSMNP), the underlying mission and philosophy has simply been to bring people together to fellowship, form connections, bonds, and friendships through a common interest focused on spreading curiosity, knowledge, appreciation, and education of natural history, biology, ecology, conservation, and land management. To ensure this happens to the fullest extent possible, special group and class rates are available upon request. Please send requests and questions to Joey Shaw.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Within two weeks of Early Registration, up until March 8, you may cancel your registration at any time for a full refund. Between March 8 and March 22, you may cancel your adult single day or adult two or more days registration for full refund minus a $50 processing fee because funds will have already been allocated on your behalf. Students will be given full refunds up until March 22. No refunds can be given after March 22 and through the event due to expenses and contractual obligations. Should a national- or regional-level crisis occur, and we need to cancel the entire event, we will allocate refunds based on money available after settling all debts, expenses, and contracts, or, you will have the option to defer your registration fees to 2022 for priority program selection.
